Register your school
Tell us about your school and your own details. You can also book a demo first.

Confirm your email and start your trial
You go straight to your dashboard and your free trial starts. Add classes, terms, students and fee items. We review every school, usually within 1–2 working days, and inviting teachers and parents opens once your school is approved.

Invite staff and parents
Once your school is approved, email invitations bring teachers and families into the right school. Link guardians to their children.

Go live
Teachers share the daily diary, parents follow along, and your school verifies fee payments.

Get your invitation
Your school emails you a personal invitation link, already connected to its records.

Activate your account
Open the link and choose a password. If you already have an account, use your existing password.

Follow the day
Sign in to see your linked children, read updates, message teachers and check school fees.
